This is clearly from "HOME OF O.D. LOUGHEED. Barrows and Upton Sts., TOLEDO, OHIO". Note bay window - Looks like Ethel in front sitting. Levi at right looking off. Then could be ?? Lulu, and maybe Levi's wife. Maybe Roy or Earl ... and who are the kids?
